Applied AI for Human Resources
About Course
Applied AI for Human Resources: The virtual workforce and a global economy have made it challenging for HR departments to monitor employee motivation and satisfaction. However, data scientists and engineers may now produce significant insights to enhance hiring, training, retention, and more thanks to artificial intelligence. This seminar examines how big data and AI may benefit HR. In the field of human resources, consider the following three important use cases: forecasting staff attrition, mapping collaboration, and formulating training suggestions. Instructor Kumaran Ponnambalam gathers and processes data for each of these use cases, creates machine learning models, and forecasts important outcomes using programmes like Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, and Keras. He also gives a brief explanation of how to create models that can carry out other typical HR duties, like forecasting future performance, interviewing candidates, and even monitoring morale. A few recommended practises are covered in the course’s conclusion, including how to handle security and privacy issues specific to HR.
